Your correct in saying kappas are on a decline. But they are still a top tier sorority. ADPI probably improved the most this year. More than half of their pledge class is good looking, but they still keep recruiting the tubby ones, as soon as they put alittle more emphesis on looks and get rid of some of the cow seniors, they will probably be middle tier next year.
