Haha I don't think you're in the minority in saying this, but to be honest I don't think Baylor is interested in being competitive with Greek life right now. Phi Chi and KOT are content on keeping things the way they are. The Board of regents are the ones ultimately responsible for big chances like housing that will have a big impact on school greek life. There are some Greeks on this (Beta, Phi Delt, and SAEs) the others are KOTs and independents that are adamant on keeping things the way they are.
