Sigma Chi has the best chance, since they actually are relevant in Texas. No fraternity will want to (re)colonize at Baylor if they don't have other chapters in the area to help the new chapter. Best Chances: EX EN LXA Pike KA (more relevant the others above, but Baylor doesn't want to go there)
