Baylor gets requests from it of fraternities to come to campus. However, only a select few write proposals that get considered ( Baylor had tough and stringent policies). Also Baylor is probably only looking to bring back a fraternity that has been here before. EX EN LXA Probably have the best chances out of the former ones.
