The Fiji's are off campus and their members realize that they suck now. Tons of them have tried to ask about becoming Phi Delt's. Its pathetic but they were turned down. Let this be a lesson to all you kids....you get one shot to join the best...blow it and you'll spend the rest of college regretting it.
