Delt is in a death spiral... They are not rushing the same kids that KOT, K-Sig, and ATO rush so that takes them out of the game with a large amount of freshman kids. At the same time they want to rush the kind of kids that join SAE, Phi Delt, SigEp, and Pi Kap but they don't have much to offer. They have become the smallest of the "party frats" and it shows. They could have less than 40 actives by the end of this year.... they could die out in the next three years if something does not change.
