Fiji is not nonexistent... they just could not rush for one year. After one year of being back they will most likely be back to being around the top four. Delt had a bad rush but I think Sigep took like 16... so they had a pretty good rush. Yea Pi Kap should be moved up to at least phi delt/sigep/delt level.
