SigEp and Phi Delt seem to be battling it out (why I have no idea so here is a perspective from the Top Tier). 1rst Tier: KOT, Kappa Sigma, FIJI. 2nd Tier: SAE, Phi Delts. 3rd Tier: Delts, SigEp. 4th Tier: ATO, Pi Kapps, Phi Chi Past this point no one else really is worth paying attention to although you probably should have stopped caring around Tier 3.
