1. Fiji is off campus.... they have not taken a pledge class (above ground) in over a year. 2. phi delt is not top tier....heck didn't Pi Kap and SigEp take larger spring pledge classes. Also, Delt has better quality guys than them. 3. Tri Delt is better than Zeta... so I would put them in the top 5 over ZTA.
