Can you stop going after this poor girl? I know from personal experience that Panhellenic barely does anything when you report dirty rushing. The chapter might get a small fine but other than that nothing happens. Plus, no amount of fine can change the hurt from getting bid promised and dropped. Spamming this poor girl with hateful messages calling her a liar and trying to make her feel bad is just cruel. We all make mistakes
