Looks like there are some butthurt phi delts on this thread. Bottom line phi delt has never been and is still not top tier...and taking 13 guys is not going to ever get them to the top. Pi Kap and Delt are barely getting by for members and will take anyone. SAE re-established themselves as one of the best chapters on campus. KOT and K-Sig kept their place at the top. and ATO is successfully trying to make themselves the largest club of dorks this side of the Mississippi.
