hey!! it’s super possible chapters here COB which is a process you can do more research on, but many sophomores get in though that process. houses that Consider Themselves don’t take sophomores at all (kappa & piphi& (don’t know about chi o)) but chapters like theta and tridelt take few girls. it’s pretty late in the game so my advice is to literally meet as many girls on rush dates as you can. if they don’t know you they will cut you, and you’ll have to work harder since you’re a sophomore. you are definitely capable of getting in where you want and i’m rooting for you!
