If you are apart of a local chapter and graduate before they become a national charter, that does not make you an alumni of the national chapter. Before Kappa chartered here they were the Athenian society, but any girl who was in the Athenian society and graduated before they chartered as kappa, is not a kappa. So Willie is not a TKE.
