Depends on who you ask, not as definitive an answer than Kappa and Pi Phi. Sororities are becoming more diverse with who they hang out with, due to their 200+ numbers. Theta hangs out with everyone, but I guess a majority hangout with the top three fraternities(Phi Delt Kappa Sig SAE) and then mostly with Phi Chi and Pi Kapp.
