You should only list one house if you know you wouldn't accept the bid from the second house. Someone who wants that house can get it, and you don't have to worry about dropping later. That said, it's HIGHLY unlikely that you will get the house you love or a house that dropped you during COB. You could get lucky and get one that you dropped maybe, but even then it's iffy. Good luck
