I doubt they last long. Baylor has a way of kicking off good "party centric" fraternities. SigEp used to be good back in the early 2000s...then got kicked off. Phi Delt was good for a while here...then got kicked off a few years back. SAE was also really good...then got kicked off for parting. History kind of keeps on repeating itself at Baylor.
