Well I guess we'll agree to disagree. No fraternity/social-service club can say they will always be top tier. They're better than SAE in some ways, worse in others, but that is neither here nor there. KOT, with their two most recent pledge classes, has fallen and if they continue on their current path will fall to a definite mid-tier. It really was that bad for them. KOT will struggle to continue to find a place in the new greek life.
