Long story short Baylor has been behind the curve in student life decisions. Social clubs have been at Baylor up to the 1970s, while other schools have left the clubs behind for greek life much earlier in the century. Greek housing will come, but who knows when. Housing is also an additional liability in someways. Baylor has a staunch anti drinking rule amongst other more traditional rules that makes hosing harder. Since some schools have been able to show that housing can actually curtail drinking and hard partying, Baylor will look to this path in the future. Remember Baylor is responsible to the Board of Regents. A board made up of more and more fraternity and sorority men and women that have also longed for greek housing on campus. Like I've said before it's only a matter of time.
