People say the top 6 houses are pi phi, kappa, zeta, tri delt, chi o and theta. I honestly believe pi phi, kappa, and zeta go for entirely different girls than chi o, theta, and tri delt. P/K/Z rushes based off of looks. They want attractive girls. They like getting girls that are social and go to parties, r popular, etc. You have to be very popular to get into these three or you don’t stand a chance unless you are a legacy. On the other hand: tri delt, theta, and Chi o rush a different type. Theta ans tri delt want top GPAs and girls that can lay low and stay out of drama. Chi O wants girls that know how to play the "innocent Baylor Christian girl" role. These three aren’t as popular with guys but that’s not their main focus. All of these houses are hard to get into Bc u have to fit in, or atleast pretend to fit in with the crowd. However, it doesn’t make sense to compare them. A lot of people will say P/K/Z is top tier Bc they are hot and popular and have MORE partying. However some ppl will say T/T/C is top tier Bc they have high GPA and less drama and LESS partying. It’s all personal preference. Most people rank based on looks so I will admit in that sense: P/K/Z is the top tier.
