No one ever talks about Phi Chi (which is guess because they aren't national??? but neither is KOT and people talk about them) but from what I've noticed this semester they seem to be most liked by a lot of highly ranked sororities (chi o, pi phi, tri delt). Sooo what are peoples actual opinions on them?
