You either are obviously not a student anymore or don’t have a clue how things work. Phi Chi literally partnered with Pi Phi for sing, something I’ve never seen an IFC fraternity convince them to do. Also, like it or not KOT definitely hangs with the rest of em in terms of being a fraternity. Excluding these guys because they’re local is just a cheap move. Everyone else at Baylor knows these guys are big dogs on campus in terms of girls, pcs, intramural, etc. Make fun of them all you want, but they have as much impact as a top tier IFC fraternity. Also the unique nature of Baylor Greek life results in a system where locals not only succeed, but thrive.
