The Regents deciding to make us the "Rape school" nationally by their terrible PR.....and their decision to sink the football program didn't help. Going from a top 10 to a one win football team will kill alot of the "party" atmosphere. But yea bottom line Baylor's leaders will never let it become as big a party school as TCU, Tech, UT, OU, ect.
