Honestly, Top tier: Kappa and Pi Phi, no doubt about it. Kappa's better though because their pledge classes aren't as divided as pi phis. Upper Middle: Chi-O and Theta are tied. Both groups are so different that it's hard to place one above the other. Middle: Zeta and Tri Delt. Tri Delt has fallen and their pledge classes just get worse, with the exception of a few girls. Zeta is improving now that all the girls with drama are graduating. Bottom: AXO and ADPi. Nuff said.
