Its obvious that Pi Phi and Kappa are top tier at Baylor. As for a 3rd top tier......Theta is in a decent position to claim that 3rd spot. I mean who else? Chi-O and Tri Delt are bible beaters full of nerdy girls and are the female version of ATO/Phi Chi Zeta and AXO are fun and like to party but don't have the history or name. So Theta seems a good fit for the 3rd top tier spot.
