Honestly how can people compare and rank ATO/Sammy/Kap sig? They all attract completely different types of people and each has a completely different vibe. Rankings for mid-tier don't work at Emory bc greek life is too underdeveloped. SAE/Sig Chi will always be top, and you'll have a bunch of frats at the bottom that struggle to fill their house, share a house, or are trying to come back to campus.
