Alpha Phi still owns that house and they are coming back either next year or the year after that. They are a huge powerhouse, nationally and will most definitely be coming back bigger and better than ever. Sigma should be shaking in their boots because Alpha Phi is known for rushing only on looks and they are top tier at almost every school. Sigma is not good nationally and only have one strong chapter - the one here. Alpha Phi dominates! ENVY THE IVY BABY.
