Just my 2 cents coming from a guys perspective theres kinda like a different list depending on if youre asking about how hot the girls are, or like how socially exclusive they are. Theres different like things to "brag" about. Like yeah every guy (and me) wants to do stuff with tri sig because they go hard af and are hot af and you know that times gonna be lit af. But then again girls in Adpi are just super classy and have an edge to them thats attractive. Again like AXDs are the most down to earth for a top house so im more inclined to want to do stuff with them because they actually are relatable and I dont feel like Im walking on glass around them. Chi Os have a stick up their ass mostly (sorry), but we like feeling as though we got in with the exclusive group, so to be seen with them is something we want too. I know some of these sound superficial, its whatever, this is greek rank, but its more than just "whos top". I could go on and on about every sorority. But generally it comes down to who you ask. I personally like Tri-Sig and AXD the most, but if you ask someone else theyre gonna say Chi O or Adpi when it comes to whos the "top house". I think those 4 are the only ones considered though no matter what guy you ask. I could do this kind of break down for the generally conceived "mid" (aphi, zeta, dz) and "lower" (KD, Phi mu, aopi, agd). But some houses could prefer a middle house over a top house and a low over a mid. One thing stands is that noone will ever prefer a lower over a top house.
