Hello Everyone... with the new school year upon us, we should reflect back on last spring’s recruitment. It seemed to be particularly nasty, with sororities attacking each other for no reason. Ranks don’t matter because every sorority is different and every person is different, so rather than shooting for what is seen as “top tier” they should go with who they feel most at home in. It doesn’t matter about ranks or parties. All of Greek life parties and has frequent mixers etc. The difference is the girls in the sorority. This year, I propose that we place much less emphasis on ranking and more on personality, it’s better for all of us because no one wants girls dropping just because they did not fit in with the sorority they chose!!! Greek life has such a powerful influence on campus, let’s use it for good! But also still have fun ;)
