I think the tiers are a bunch of BS. Depending on who you ask will make others higher than other organizations. For example if I had to do it for sororities I'd put DZ/SK AST/AOPi/ZTA G Phi B/ AGD/ A Phi Now there's going to be a lot of people who disagree with that, but that's ok.
