Yes, Alpha Phi has a significant gap between itself and Theta after this year...but it's also not yet at the level to be "core four". I would put it in its own category, like Pike is. APhi mixes with a huge range of guys (favorites are Wayne and Pike, but there's also KSig, Pikapp, sports teams like Rugby, Baseball, D1Soccer, SigEp, KA, Snu)...the point is they're kind of all over the place.
