Definitely includes ADPhi and Dsig. KA is suspended but I'd still say they're top tier? Is snu top tier anymore? Has pike risen to the top tier yet? Thoughts? Personal feeling: ADPhi is top, then Dsig. KA when they get off suspended will be near the top but a bit lower. Snu is no longer top because they haven't thrown parties and have weird kids now. Pike is still kind of in between but maybe above snu now.
