Pikapp: Don't know how to throw a party, but they have probably the best relationship with theta of anyone in the 2nd tier. If you like to go out a ton, smoke and rage more, Pike or ATO is better for you, but their mixers and date functions are still good. ATO: Another top heavy sophomore class. People see them as slipping on this site but I don't really buy it. Their parties are better than Pikapp (when they last longer than 45 minutes), and their senior class is the only crappy one, so as long as they don't screw up rush they should be fine. A little lower than pike/pikapp if you're judging by how much they pull.
