And as regards to sororities - Tridelt, Kappa, and Pi Phi are all undisputedly Top Tier. I'd agree with your rankings but also add that there isn't really a big gap between any of them. All 3 have PCs that are filled with core hot girls and then some fillers so it's really up to personal personality preference. I'd also say that Theta is definitely climbing the ranks and has a pretty solid pledge class. However, the sorority is becoming increasingly divided between girls who wish to become increasingly involved with the top4 fraternities, and those who are content and have no desire to climb the social ladder.
