I think your assessment is pretty close to accurate. However, I'd move ADPhi down from Tier1A. They've historically been close with Tridelt (evidenced by the fact that tridelt juniors and adphi got a beach week house together) but their freshman/sophomore pledge classes are lagging. Many freshman/sophomore girls kind of forget about ADPhi when discussing the top tier. While Snu was in a similar boat to ADPhi this semester with suspensions, you see a lot of those guys still invited to key3 date functions/formals but not as many adphi guys which I believe is telling of their declining status. However, they throw awesome parties (Lei, Slip N Slide, Toga) and so will continue to be Top Tier as long as they continue with success in that arena.
