Subject:
Dayton Audio SUB-1000 or 1200?

Poster Message:
Hey guys, I'm facing a tough decision and have nowhere else to turn. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! I recently picked up a pair of Edifier 1700BTs bookshelf speakers and I'm looking to get a sub woofer to fill out the bass. My audio setup is primarily for listening to music (hip hop, edm ,etc.). My first thought was to get the Dayton Audio SUB-1200, since its deeper and louder than the SUB-1000, but some people have warned me that this sub might be too big/overpowering for my setup. Should I go with the smaller SUB-1000 or stick with the SUB-1200? The price difference is only $30 and I'm not too concerned about space - just sound. Thanks in advance!!!
