in terms of this year's pcs. KA, Snu, and ADPhi all have pretty good brotherhood since most of the freshmen in the pcs knew each other from first semester and were dirty rushed as friends. Also, they tend to have tougher pledging. Pike, KSig, and DTD consistently have pretty close pcs each year. Pike due to their relatively higher levels of dirty rush compared to other mid-tier frats, and KSig and DTD due to their relatively smaller pcs (= less filler) and KSig's tougher pledging. ATO's pc isn't super tight this year due to their very large and diverse pc (but they're usually pretty tight). SigEp and PiKapp's pcs aren't usually really close as they're usually pretty large and they don't have hard pledge processes to make their pledges closer. AEPi's pc isn't super close either as they're pc isn't very coherent. Idk much about the lower tier frats.
