Transfer! I also hated it and only when I graduated I scratch my head as to why I didn't just get out of there. I recommend this to anyone. Your life, success, love of live, and happiness needn't be bound by Duke. You'll get any job you please going to a lower ranked school or just different as much as Duke. Have the qualifications, Duke will do little for your career vs. being qualified, so just transfer to a good school for you no matter the rank, be happy with your life and social life. If you hate Duke now, what will change in ten years? Absolutely nothing.
