At each tier a higher percentage of each pc has been rushed but each year at each level there are guys who get bids even though they were not dirty rushed by that frat first semester. important thing to remember going into rush is everything can change during rush, rush is a different beast then dirty rush and is way more political. Top (Dsig, Adphi, Ka, Snu): Fairly high level, guys still get bids who were not around but it is rare. These frats already have a very good idea of who the majority of the pc is but some individuals do get bids who were not dirty rushed by a place. At the upper mid (Pike, Pi Kapp) its a Moderately high level, guys get bids who were not dirty rushed first semester, less rare but these places have a good idea of a decent amount of individuals in pc. Lower Mid (ATO, DTD): Moderate level etc.
