In the first place, don't ever depend on Greek Rank for any objective or even reasonable assessment. In the second place, there are five sororities that float around the top. Some years one will be at the very top, and some years they will drop to #5 but there are only 5 in that tier. And when you say AGD wasn't bottom you're fooling yourself. They've added Alpha Phi and AOPi and maybe that allowed AGD to rise. But the bottom 5 are the same all the time. The bottom tier sororities don't have to be bottom. If they would fight the PanHell rush rules and be aggressive they would do better. I have no opinion about AXO but I will admit I've heard they have gotten a lot better.
