Just what the subject says. What, in your opinion, makes a house "top tier"? Is it the intelligence or GPA of the women? Their beauty? Their connections with other frats? How they conduct themselves in public? Etc etc? Got into a discussion with my friend about this, and we had vastly different views as to what makes a sorority "top tier," so I am interested in seeing what y'all think! :)
