KA does have good brotherhood, a good house and good connections with girls. But it's a big stretch to say that they're 'solid upper tier'. They're not. They were never in the Pike-Delt league and they've fallen below Phi Sig, Phi Delt, even ATO and Sigma Chi (before they got kicked off). KA is a mid-size, mid-tier fraternity and happy to be where they are.
