Factoring everything. Pledge classes, house, airport relations, and overall improvement, here are the tiers. This factors in improvement and how the tiers will begin to look in the future. Top: PIKE/ Delt/ Phi Sig Upper: Phi Delt= ATO/ Phi Tau(dropped because they can't do anything right now) Upper Mid: Pi Kappa(had a stagnant semester) = Kappa Sig(had a good semester, solid pledge class and great house/ sorority improvements)/ Theta Chi(dropped because of their pledge class and overall creepiness)= KA(steadily been declining) Middle: Chi Phi (dropped a lot. Terrible pledge class, overall goobers), Sig Ep=ZBT Lower: AEPi, the other 10 don't really matter.
