Where do people generally put Kappa in the "tiers?" I've heard different placements such as being higher than DZ but below Phi Mu. Others said DZ and them are equal but they're definitely better than Gamma Phi? They seem like a middle tier that is just thrown around a lot in different spots so I was hoping for some clarification
