Houses help but don't make a house "good". That's a misconception. You could take away Delts and Phi Sig's houses and they'd still be relevant. Look at half the heritage houses and how weak so many of those chapters are. Look at Kappa Sig who still kinda sucks. the only ones who would crump if you took their house away is Pike, cause so many dudes are lazy with the girls and the house/courtyard is their source of power. face it, girls are attracted to money and status. Take it away and in a couple of years Pikes would be average. They wouldn't know how to work hard to overcome it.
