Phi Tao is a good fraternity but it's kind of a stretch to put them in the same tier as Pike and Delt. I haven't see a lot of Delts lately but they have a great name, on the same level as Pike. I have seen the Pike pledges and just based on looks they're not losing any ground. I'd put Phi Tau in that second group. And maybe give SAE a break and lift them up one level.
