Well any top tier obviously can't really rise much The upper top would have to do wonders to become top 3 Same as middle going to upper top Truthfully it's lower and bottom who have the best chances to move to the middle. They take two good pledge classes and they can move to middle. Where as two good pledge classes is expected for anyone else
