Both of you below me are ridiculous! Majority of the process is extremely superficial and it is not about all of the supposed activities, GPA, and leadership skills you have. It is largely based upon your looks, who you know, and the image you can bring to the org. The org wants the most gorgeous girls that have the rest going for them so they can brag, but it is first about your looks and then who you know. The rest falls after that. If I am incorrect, then why is it the so called top houses do not have a diversified bunch of girls when it comes to looks, weight, height, and monetary status? The GPA, leadership, activities, and what town you are from just give them reasons why they can cut you when you fall short in other areas. Ask anyone who has rushed that isn't so-called attractive, 100-120 lbs, and great figure. Life it not beautiful for them at the end of recruitment and you won't see them at one of the top houses. Thank goodness life improves after one graduates
