I'm not going to tell you that you're a horrid person for saying those things about greek life, bc a lot of it is true. The reason I stay greek is for the people I have met and the friendships I have made. I found some great friends in my sorority, and actually met my one of my best friends,in a diff sorority, at a fraternity party. I know that if I wasn't greek I would have never met some of these people. and sometimes, yeah sororities clash, but my best friend is a dg, and I couldn't ask to be friends with a sweeter and kinder person. But I do see where you're coming from, and there have been times when I have considered dropping...and there are times when I don't wear my letters, not bc I'm not proud of my soror., but bc I don't feel like dealing with..well..all of this. I'm very excited for rush. Maybe our new girls will take our minds off of this stuff for a while, and we can focus on sisterhood.
