This is not true. No girls "get bids simply because they have sisters in it." Only if a pnm has a sitting sister in a chapter is it almost guaranteed (almost), but just being a legacy is really nothing anymore, especially if the legacy is not specific to the chapter. And most nationals have dropped their legacy courtesy requirements so that chapters can select their membership as they see fit. A legacy can get cut first round now, you have to be desirable on your own merits just like every other pnm.
