So rn they’re on suspension pending conclusion of an investigation by FSU, IFC, and I’m not sure if TPD or FSUPD. Their nationals hasn’t revoked their charter yet but they probably will after said investigation. Also, note that they are currently being sued by the families of both the Fiji pledge and the kid they beat blind. For the non FSU students who don’t get wtf’s going on, it’s a couple of things. Last year they spiked 40+ girls in a party, + multiple instances of SA. Then, they took a pledge’s eye out (apparently dad’s a big time FSU donor, and alumni of FSU OX, a big time lawyer, and is suing (I’ve heard many stories abt this so take this part w a grain of salt)). The final nail in the coffin needs some context. Last year, one of their brothers died from an OD. A couple of weeks ago, some fiji pledge apparently was talking **** about the guy (this part is debatable), and like 30 OX’s ganged up on him in the middle of College Ave (pretty busy street), ended up breaking his skull and his fam’s pressing charges. They’re currently suspended and likely will get kicked from FSU. The “redneck guys” is bc the next day they were gonna have a cowboy party, so most of them were in cowboy fits (i think they were having an event at one of their satellites).
